About You

The most important aspect of this job is to have the ability to confidently create and lead a happy, engaged and motivated team

As a Store Manager, you will preferably have at least two years of store management experience, an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring the smooth running of your store.

Responsibilities

Ensure our outstanding Customer Service Standards are maintained Take responsibility for reaching set financial targets and KPI's without pressure selling Adhere to and follow our policies and procedures Ensure all rotas and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner Maintain excellent product presentation and knowledge in line with our company standards Follow good housekeeping principles by ensuring the store and staff areas are clean and tidy at all times Attend and participate in all management training sessions Maintain Health & Safety checks and compliance Follow all security measures as a keyholder
