We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Havant store. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our standards of service and operational efficiency are consistently met.

Responsibilities

Staff management

: Recruiting, training and developing employees; Creating and managing staff schedules

Customer service

: Ensuring a high level of customer service and handling customer complaints

Inventory management

: Performing weekly stock takes and reports; Analyzing sales and inventory reports to drive to revenue targets.

Store cleanliness

: Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation; ensuring safety procedures are followed

Marketing

: Implementing in-store marketing material and POP

Compliance

: Ensuring compliance with Subway; Maintaining health and food safety codes

Cash management

: Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage

Paperwork

: Preparing required paperwork, including employee pay and timesheets
