Managing the day to day running of the shop along side the owners delivering high customer service standards.

A good knowledge of speciality coffee is essential!

Understanding legal requirements and general daily paperwork is a requirement to this role.

You must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in on every level working closely with the team and the owners. A passion for high standards will set you up for success with us!

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to food safety standards. Manage and train team members in all things coffee and customer service, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with staff to enhance coffee service and overall guest experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
