Store Manager

to lead at Heathrow Airport. This role offers the chance to combine leadership, strategy, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, truly unique environment.

As Store Manager, you will:

Lead, inspire, and develop a large, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service. Achieve and exceed sales targets, profit margins, and key KPIs including conversion, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all operational, legal, and security requirements. Oversee stock control, merchandising, and visual presentation to company standards. Ensure effective workforce planning and scheduling to maximise productivity. Drive employee engagement, supporting development and career progression. Implement company initiatives and change programmes effectively at store level. Report on performance, analyse data, and use insights to inform commercial decisions.

Measures of success

Delivery of sales, profit, and KPI targets. High levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Compliance with all operational, legal, and security standards. Strong team engagement, retention, and development. Consistent delivery of store standards and presentation.

We're looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to drive performance. Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional languages are an advantage, but not essential.
