Who are we?
Established in 2012, we started making wood fired pizzas for small villages using our bespoke mobile pizza trailer. Over the years we have evolved our pizzas and techniques to supply an ever-growing
demand for good quality food in the local area. We now have 5 shops and a mobile pizza kitchen for weddings and events.
We strive to make the best craft pizzas and we are proud to offer the finest ingredients, artisanal preparation, and the best service because we love what we do, and our customers love it to.

Store Manager
to join our ever-growing family here at The Real Pizza Co.
You will lead by example when delivering exceptional customer service, inspiring your team to do the same.
You will continuously look for opportunities to increase sales.
You will have full accountability for the management and operation of the restaurant.
Your role is to guarantee our customers receive an amazing experience so that they keep coming back and tell the world how much they love us.
You also need to give the same experience to your teams: they need to feel valued, recognised and like they want to continue to build their career with us.
You will develop and grow both yourself and your people.

Experience
A minimum of two years' experience in supervising and training staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of leading teams to success
Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
The ability to live and breathe budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
As a
Store Manager
, your hours will be driven by the needs of your customers and the business. So, evenings and weekends are when you will most likely be working. However, flexibility will be required.
Full time/ permanent
Salary - 26,000-28,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
