Coneheads has just launched, and we're on a delicious mission to become the talk of the town! We craft incredible, golden-brown, dough cones, baked fresh on-site every single day and filled with amazing goodies.

We're not just making coffee; we're creating edible joy. And we need a leader who gets as excited about a perfectly proofed dough as they do about a perfectly pulled shot.

We've just opened our first spot in Ilford, slinging dough and espresso from our perfectly formed hatch. We'll be looking to open more and want some on the journey with us.

The Gig:

You'll be the captain of our ship, the maestro of our morning rush. This is a hands-on, flour-on-your-apron kind of leadership role:

Lead the Crew:

Train, motivate, and lead a team of passionate cone-artists and coffee crusaders.

Master the Dough:

Oversee the magic of our signature dough from mixing and proofing to baking that perfect golden spiral. Quality control is key! (And yes, tasting is a required part of the job).

Command the Coffee:

Ensure every espresso is sublime and every flat white is flawless. You'll be the standard-bearer for our coffee quality.

Create the Vibe:

Foster a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment where both customers and staff feel awesome.

Drive Growth:

Help us innovate, streamline, and smash our goals. Your ideas will directly fuel our growth (and your profit share!).

You're Our Perfect Blend If You:

Have experience leading a team in a kitchen, bakery, or cafe where you

made things from scratch.

Understand the beautiful science behind

enriched doughs

(brioche, challah, donut dough? You know what we're talking about!). Can dance with an espresso machine blindfolded (not really, but you're seriously skilled). Are a natural-born leader who inspires by doing, not just by saying. Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and see chaos as a fun puzzle to solve. Are obsessed with quality and have an infectious passion for great food and incredible coffee.
