As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding service. Implement effective sales management strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance. Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff members. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organisational skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to maintain professional phone etiquette when dealing with customers and suppliers.
