Job Responsibilities:



To manage and maintain an effective workforce handling recruitment, training, appraisals, employee welfare, and performance management To ensure all expected operational standards are met To maintain stock control and minimise waste To produce and manage the rota, including managing holidays To be responsible for cash security & banking To ensure the store operates in line with expectations To manage and update the store's social media platforms to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer traffic To contribute new ideas and initiatives aimed at attracting more customers and improving business performance To take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the store

The successful candidate will also be expected to

:

Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date Maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Health and Safety within the premises Actively promote the business through both in-store initiatives and digital platforms Share in the success of the business - if sales increase on a monthly basis, a commission bonus will be added on top of your wage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
