We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations within our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimise product display and stock levels Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels efficiently Assist in recruitment, training, and development of new team members Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment

Skills

Proven management experience within retail or similar sectors Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and develop teams Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer engagement Experience in retail management systems and organisational tools Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
