Our Dagenham store is an 7-figure powerhouse, and we anticipate our newly opened Charlton outlet will follow suit. We are continually growing to meet the demands of our loyal customers and have plans to roll out additional stores across London and the Home Counties. Role and Responsibilities:

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your exceptional management skills and passion for retail will drive the store's growth and uphold our reputation as an industry leader. Here's what you can expect:

Lead and inspire a fantastic team, with the support of an experienced Area Manager and a hands-on CEO. Drive the store's performance by setting and achieving ambitious targets. Implement effective strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Foster a positive and motivated work culture, where every team member can thrive and reach their full potential. Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product displays are impeccable, creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to contribute to the company's overall success. Adopt a proactive approach to motivating the sales team to achieve targets and maintain store standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in store management, ideally within the retail furniture sector (though not mandatory). Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team. A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional organisational abilities to manage the fast-paced nature of the role.
Your work schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, with alternate Sundays off.
