This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners.
The store manager is required to regularly exercise initiative in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent managing and coaching the store partners, making people decisions (e.g. development, recruitment, deploying), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store's financial performance, and managing health and safety and security within the store.
The partner is responsible for acting in accordance with and as an ambassador of Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
