We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities



Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Supervise daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and optimise product placement. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Maintain effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate replenishment activities. Uphold health and safety standards within the store environment in compliance with company policies. Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards. Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to increase store visibility.

Experience



Proven management experience within a retail environment, ideally as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities. Experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning. Knowledge of retail management systems and administrative procedures. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in supervising staff, managing stock levels, and implementing sales strategies is highly desirable.
