Kaspa's Desserts is a leading dessert parlour brand known for its vibrant atmosphere, premium desserts, and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dessert parlour, lead the team effectively, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dessert parlour
Lead, train, motivate, and develop the team to achieve high performance
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally
Manage staff rotas, attendance, and performance
Control stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and waste management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company standards
Monitor cash handling, tills, and daily financial procedures
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and excellent service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous management experience in hospitality (dessert parlour or QSR preferred)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
A professional, positive, and hands-on management style
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
