Subway is Hiring: Store Manager - Llanelli

What You'll Be Doing:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to ensure top-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with Subway standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, induct, and train team members to Subway brand standards Prepare and manage weekly staff rotas Oversee deliveries, stock control, daily banking, and reconciliation Manage payroll tasks including timesheet and pay preparation Control cash flow and reduce waste across the store Ensure full compliance with all Subway and local authority food safety guidelines Carry out weekly stock takes and analyse inventory/sales reports to improve performance Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards Implement in-store marketing and promotional material Foster a culture of excellent customer service Handle escalated or unresolved customer complaints professionally Uphold safety procedures and create a safe working environment for both staff and customers

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a supervisory or management role (ideally in food retail or hospitality) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills A proactive and hands-on approach Ability to motivate, train, and inspire your team A customer-first mindset
