We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Manager to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional resident care. Coordinate food production and kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Develop and implement programmes that promote resident engagement and well-being. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Foster a positive environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff members. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting as required. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to provide comprehensive support for residents.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a hospitality or healthcare setting. Strong background in food safety regulations and kitchen operations. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards residents' needs. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food production processes is advantageous. A genuine desire to help others, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all residents.
