Summary
As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This position is vital to maintaining our commitment to quality and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cafe to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality food and service.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
Create staff schedules and manage team performance through effective supervision.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
Culinary skills or experience in kitchen operations is a plus.
