Store Manager

at DRM-LND, you are the driving force behind the store's daily operations and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Strategically manage inventory, stock ordering, and visual merchandising to optimize store profitability.

Oversee scheduling, staff development, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.

Take ownership of administrative tasks, including reporting, rotas, and operational improvements.

Ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience at all times.

Actively engage with customers to create an outstanding shopping experience and gather feedback for business growth.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a results-driven leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. You have prior experience managing retail operations and are passionate about growing within a dynamic and creative company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
