Margaret Howell is a contemporary British clothing designer who has worked successfully in men's and women's clothing for over five decades. Today, Margaret Howell clothes are sold worldwide with 12 own shops in Europe, over 100 outlets in Japan and an established online business.


We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at one of our UK shops.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting business goals and upholding Margaret Howell standards Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer conversion, average transaction value (AVT), units per transaction (UPT), and customer engagement, through thoughtful coaching and team development Manage stock levels and support inventory accuracy Be responsible for various reports, analysing and compiling data to feed back in the monthly meetings Manage the shop team and operations to ensure smooth running of the shop, by planning correct staffing levels, managing performance and following Company policies and H&S regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within luxury fashion retail Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to performance Proven experience meeting KPIs Confident in giving constructive feedback and receiving feedback with professionalism A consistent approach to setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences An understanding of Margaret Howell ethos and our distinctive approach to customer service
