Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure high standards of product presentation and merchandising
Manage daily operations: sales, KPIs, stock, scheduling
Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards
Work closely with kitchen and HQ to ensure brand consistency

About You
2-5 years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium retail or food service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware
Interest in healthy food, nutrition or gluten-free products is a plus
Confident with POS systems, stock and reporting tools
Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
