We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. Duties



Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment. Oversee merchandising activities to ensure attractive product displays that maximise sales potential. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy. Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions. Maintain stock levels through effective inventory management and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Implement promotional campaigns and organise in-store events to enhance customer engagement. Utilise organisational skills to streamline processes, optimise workflow, and improve overall store efficiency.

Requirements



Proven management experience within a retail or similar environment, including supervising teams. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage diverse staff members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative duties. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organisational planning. Management qualification or relevant retail management experience is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail. Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Graduate
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: 32,000.00-39,000.00 per year
