The Role

The role we are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Store Manager for our new store opening in Canary Wharf.

Responsibilities

Providing strong duty management skills and supporting sales staff to achieve their goals. Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems Managing stock/inventory Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales Responsibility for opening and closing procedures. Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results. Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales.

Qualification/Skillsets:

Solid experience of at least 2-3 years working in a store management position. Experience of working within retail. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times. Immediate start preferred Solid experience of working in a Store Management position with a track record of building business and attracting local customers Experience of working within retail
Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach. The ability to lead and motivate others is the key to success. All selected candidates must be available for immediate interview.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
