As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a knack for retail management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a productive work environment. Handle administrative tasks such as ordering, scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in administrative duties related to retail operations. Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers; multilingual skills are an advantage. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
