You'll be leading a small, skilled team in a store with 2 testing rooms, 3 Optical Assistants, and 2 Optometrists, running 7 clinics per week. This is an ideal role for someone ready for their first store management position in optical retail or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.


As Store Manager, you'll inspire and engage your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive performance, and uphold the Vision Express brand. You'll also be hands-on on the shop floor, supporting your team and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for.


This store is currently hitting targets with strong performance, and there's a fantastic opportunity to grow further in 2026. If you're passionate about people, love building connections, and are ready to take on a rewarding leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
