What will you be responsible for?

You'll effectively be Horace's British Ambassador, coaching and mentoring the in-store team, as well as:
Inspiring, educating and making customers happy by showing your first-class expertise in our products
Managing and building the store's overall performance, by monitoring team and store activity (KPIs: sales, sales index, average basket size, conversion rate)
Creating a positive environment for your team, leading them by example and helping them to improve and grow
Flexing your communications skills: you'll be constantly collaborating and sharing insights with other store managers, and resolving issues quickly if/when they appear
Efficiently managing the day-to-day running of the store's operations and inventory
Keeping your store looking good and feeling great throughout the day
Getting involved in employee training and induction with the program that's been put together by the Retail team.
What skills are we looking for?

You're already an open, experienced, friendly Manager, and you know how work independently
You've got natural leadership and interpersonal skills and you know how to support your team and get the best out of them
You can address the needs of the business with your team's performance, hitting KPIs like sales, sales index, ABV, CVR
You're great under pressure, and always able to take a step back to find solutions, especially when for your customers
You love to create an unforgettable experience for customers and know how important the details are
You roll up your sleeves and get down to business when necessary
You're flexible with your hours, evenings and weekends
- You know our brand - understanding or speaking French would be useful
