Store Manager

to lead the launch, build a top-performing team, and shape the success of this new location from day one.

We're looking for a Store Manager who reflects these values in how they lead, sell, and serve.

What You'll Be Doing:

Launch and lead our new County Armagh store, building a motivated sales team and setting the tone for success. Drive sales performance and profitability, managing KPIs and hitting revenue targets. Offer expert advice to both trade and retail customers across our full product range. Ensure all sales are processed accurately and payments are securely handled. Maintain a professional, inspiring showroom with current displays and samples. Coordinate stock deliveries and logistics with our central warehouse teams. Monitor local competition and identify new market opportunities. Uphold excellent service standards and lead by example on the shop floor.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Experience managing a retail or showroom team, ideally in home improvement, interiors, or building supplies. A track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to exceed expectations. Strong commercial acumen and attention to profit margins. A hands-on, positive leadership style that energises those around you. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A natural fit with our RISE values and a drive to grow with the company.
