to lead our team, drive performance, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, inspiring, and managing a high-energy team of front and back-of-house staff Ensuring daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with high standards of food quality and service Managing stock, scheduling, and labor to stay within budget Delivering on KPIs - from customer satisfaction and food safety to sales growth and team performance Handling pressure like a pro during peak hours, rushes, and unexpected challenges Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant or fast-food management (burger joints a big plus!) Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems fast Solid understanding of KPIs and how to achieve them Passion for food, service, and building something special Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
