We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to oversee our Chocofruit unit in Manchester in our Selfridges location in the Trafford Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets. Duties - Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales goals - Implement strategies to enhance store productivity and profitability - Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly - Conduct staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques - Monitor store cleanliness and organisation to create an inviting shopping environment Skills - Experience in retail management with a strong administrative background - Proficient in team management, phone etiquette, and supervising staff - Excellent organisational skills to manage store operations efficiently - Strong leadership abilities to communicate effectively with staff and customers - Sales management skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets- A love for food/Desserts and creative flare a must.
