Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times while managing labour costs effectively.
Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills in sales management, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's values and enhances the shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management on store performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
Experience
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent time management skills with a focus on prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology is advantageous.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
A solid understanding of sales management principles and techniques is required.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
