Job Description

Spice Glen Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our ethnic grocery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all store staff, including rotas, training, and performance.

- Ensure smooth daily operations including opening/closing procedures.

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering and deliveries.

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and health & safety standards.

- Manage sales targets, cash handling, and daily reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail/store management, preferably in grocery or ethnic food sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil languages.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, website handling, online purchase management and basic accounting.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
