Take the lead with the UK's market-leading adult gaming company as a Store Manager in our venue in Byker! We're looking for a dynamic, flexible leader ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results. Drive venue performance, meeting and exceeding targets. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and safety standards. Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
