Job Description

- Store Manager

Location:

Buttercrane Shopping Centre Newry

Reports to:

Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personal service. Ensure the store is presented to the highest visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control to minimise loss and maximise availability. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Key Skills & Attributes

Proven retail management experience . Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions. Passion for retail, design, and the Tipperary Crystal brand.
