Heriots Patisserie is a rapidly growing brand with several branches in London. We are currently looking for a friendly Store Manager to join our Retail team. Working as a Store Manager in one of our stores, you will play a vital role in the team and go the extra mile to ensure that our customers have a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
The ideal candidate
Carry out a weekly stocktake of goods delivered from production site.
Allocate shifts to your team.
Supervise the branch to ensure the most optimal system of operation.
Direct the ways of worker training in the areas of safety, job functions, and practices of retail.
Constantly observe and analyse the quality of carried out practises to ensure compliance with Company policies and specifications.
Creation and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
Striving to reduce expenses and increase revenue of the branches.
Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the kiosk.
Implementing all the company's procedures and policies.
Communicating any problems or obstacles to the Line manager.
Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control.
Training and coaching team members, striving to constantly increase productivity.
Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.
Liaising with the production team to ensure the stock required is ready and delivered when required.
Liaising with Sales Manager to ensure the highest standard of sales practices are carried out within the branch.
Providing consultation and guidance to team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring the budget, and motivating staff to attain objectives.
Maintaining detailed records and reporting all branch activities and operations, including the performance of employees, on a weekly and monthly basis.
Communicating and collaborating with Customer Services Manager to resolve and reduce
Complaints or issues and receiving the feedback openly and communicating it with the team.
Carry out extra duties as requested by the Line Manager.
