Job Description
Bombay Delicatessen is a vibrant, high-quality deli serving fresh, authentic food in the heart of Nottingham. We're looking for an experienced Deli Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day deli operations and staff performance Lead, train and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service Oversee stock, ordering and cost control Ensure food hygiene and health & safety compliance Liaise with other branch managers to maintain brand standards and consistency Support menu launches, promotions and events Handle customer feedback and support management with reporting KPI implemented targets
About You:
At least 2 years' management experience in a deli, cafe or restaurant Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills Passionate about great food and service
