About the role

As an Optometrist Store Manager with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care, as well as leading and inspiring your store team. You'll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey. Drive local plans for enhanced services and delivering towards P&L objectives Bringing your personality into the day to day running of the practice - working with and developing your team to provide the best service to patients Building longstanding relationships - not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you'll need to have

Fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist Additional registration with the relevant NHS body Passion for patient care Leadership experience

Optometrist Store Manager - Jersey!



We are looking for an Optometrist, Store Manager to join us on a permanent basis in Jersey.




This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an experienced Optometrist, with availability required Monday to Saturday (working five days within this period, 9:00-5:30pm). The practice is closed on Sundays in line with island trading laws.




We have a preference for someone to be able to work 3 to 4 Saturdays per month, although alternate Saturdays can be discussed. Our modern practice underwent a full refit three years ago and currently features 2 testing rooms - 1 hybrid with HearingCare, expanding to two full rooms in January 2026 with the opening of World of Hearing. Located within a Boots UK store with Hearing Care.




The role is based in Jersey; a busy practice in the beautiful heart of St Helier, offering comprehensive optical services and frame styling, with excellent transport links from surrounding areas across Jersey.
