Scribbler is a vibrant, greetings card and gift retailer with 36 shops in the UK. We are looking for an experienced store manager to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with great products, and wants to drive sales. To be considered for this role, you will have already established a strong retail management background. You will be responsible for:
Maximising the performance of your store
Recruiting and training your team
Encouraging and motivating the team to ensure great customer service is being delivered at all times
Managing the workload, setting priorities and monitoring performance
Implementing requests from Head Office on time and feeding back as required
Following display guidelines and maintaining visual merchandising standards
Safeguarding the brand name and image of the company by following all company policies and procedures.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of one year experience in retail store management
Outstanding customer service
Ability to lead and motivate a team by example
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong visual merchandising skills
