We're looking for an experienced Store Manager (or Store Leader, as we call them in our business) to pilot the amazing team at our new store in Oxford (opening Spring 2026) delighting every customer with warm, inspiring and informative service that goes above-and-beyond and championing our annual strategy and goals. You'll be driving this store to commercial success by being a natural and brilliant ambassador of Busby & Fox and embracing our unique brand language and ethos.

It'll be your job to add value by:

Managing and retaining a passionate, motivated, inclusive and goal-focused team. Directing and embedding exceptional customer service through a warm and inclusive store culture, and a comfortable, cohesive, beautifully presented and inspiring environment inside the store and out. Showing and telling the magic of dressing with Busby & Fox through interaction and visual display. Delivering expert advice on style and fit through high-level product knowledge, information and inspiration. Nailing performance against commercial goals and metrics by knowing your store's potential, trading patterns and customer profile inside-out, and by seeking out new opportunities to drive success wherever possible. Owning back-office responsibilities and practises, drawing on skills and experience within your team to achieve smooth, seamless and professional operations.

Founded in 2014 by Emma Vowles, we've grown from one store in Devon's market town of Totnes to eleven stores (and counting) across the South of England and Wales. We're based in Dartington, South Devon, and have a team of nearly 100 people. Our team is 90% female and made up of all ages, from under 20 to over 70.
