The Role

We are seeking an experienced and impeccably presented Coffee Shop & Drive-Thru Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to inspire a team. This role demands flawless attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance operational excellence with customer satisfaction.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, setting the highest possible standards in service, cleanliness, presentation, and coffee craft. You'll motivate, train, and delegate effectively - ensuring every member of your team feels valued, driven, and capable of delivering the "Siesta standard."

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop the team to achieve consistently immaculate standards across service, cleanliness, and customer care. Maintain the highest level of hospitality, ensuring every customer is warmly welcomed, attentively served, and leaves delighted. Oversee daily operations including stock management, cash handling, rotas, and shift organisation. Deliver and maintain five-star cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. Act as the lead barista, ensuring coffee and product quality is second-to-none. Delegate effectively while remaining fully accountable for team performance and results. Drive staff engagement, teamwork, and morale, bringing the very best out of every team member. Handle pressure with composure and intelligence, ensuring service standards are never compromised. Continuously seek improvements to processes, customer experience, and team performance.
