We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our Store Teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales and people, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Our teams are pivotal to our business and you will need to be able to adapt to individuals in order to get the most from them.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations and customer service. Lead and motivate the team to foster a family atmosphere and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of goals and expectations. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting. Maintain a clean and organised store environment that reflects the brand's values. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members, where open communication is encouraged. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role. Strong sales management skills. Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Pay: 13.50 per hour
