Duties

Lead and supervise the store team, fostering a positive and productive working environment Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Manage merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and maximise sales potential Conduct staff training programmes, including onboarding and ongoing development Monitor inventory levels, organise stock replenishment, and minimise shrinkage Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the store Coordinate promotional activities and events to attract new customers

Requirements

Proven management experience within a retail environment, including supervising teams and overseeing operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative duties Proficiency in time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure Organised with strong attention to detail in all aspects of store management Previous experience in retail management or related fields is highly desirable
