Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, payroll management, and bookkeeping tasks. Conduct employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team performance. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining store standards. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management practices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and marketing strategies to drive store growth.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively. Proficient in inventory management and control processes. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and shift management is essential. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in bilingual or multilingual environments preferred. Solid understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams and fostering employee engagement.
