The Role: Store Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven leader to launch and manage our new Reading store. If you're a seasoned retail professional with strong leadership skills, a flair for alternative fashion, and a hunger for success, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Bring:

A proven track record in retail management or a similar role. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a top-tier experience. Target-driven sales expertise and a results-oriented mindset. Strong leadership qualities to inspire and develop a team.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive sales and profitability while minimising losses. Create a welcoming, visually striking store environment that reflects the Blue Banana brand. Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Analyse sales data and develop action plans to improve performance. Set clear expectations and goals for staff, communicating effectively to foster a positive, results-focused culture. Actively identify opportunities to grow the business and elevate store performance.
