Manager

We are looking for full time permanent Managers to manage the daily running of our stores. This role will be based at one of our stores in Wigan, but you could be asked to work at

any

of our stores as per contract in Wigan, St Helens, Preston and Eccleston Chorley.

Contracts are 40+ hours.

Excellent rates of pay plus generous bonus incentives.

For this position, we need you to be available between Sunday and Saturday. Sunday working will be on a rota basis.

You need to be able to drive and have your own transport.

Manager duties include:

Organising and motivating staff.

Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed to ensure we are trading safely and legally.

Ensuring high levels of cleanliness.

Baked savouries are our specialty so may involve baking on certain days.

About you:

You have experience in similar management roles.

You have experience in the food industry preferably retail. The ability and experience to train and mentor a team new or existing staff. The ability to manage change, communicate with people and maintain the Companies highest standards of customer service that our loyal customers expect and deserve. Passion and drive to keep your store preforming alongside your Assistant Manager or First sales following all Company policies and procedures.
Full comprehensive training will be given.
