We are seeking a Store Manager, dedicated and enthusiastic, to oversea our team on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail and ensuring that every member of staff is working to their full potential. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our customers with the help of your team.

Duties

Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation process. Controlling and managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering as needed. Engage in training staff to take orders, provide recommendations, and upsell menu items effectively. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.

Requirements

Previous experience is essential. Good knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to help team members as needed. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
