Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising. Implement company policies and health & safety regulations. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports. Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and development. Address customer concerns promptly to uphold brand reputation.

Qualifications

Proven management or supervisory experience in a quick service or retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of retail or sales management is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
