As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Implement sales strategies to enhance profitability and promote store growth. Train, supervise, and develop team members to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. Maintain store standards in terms of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure product availability. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback and support their development. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in sales management techniques with a focus on achieving results. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; phone etiquette is crucial for customer interactions. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers. Ability to supervise staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. A keen eye for detail in merchandising and store presentation is preferred.
