Shell Cornish Gateway is a convenient service station situated at A30 Victoria Junction in Roche. It features a Shell Select shop, Costa Express, and a variety of Quick food options. We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team and mange the business and the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business, staff and handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, full time commitment to work, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full time

Entry Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience is desirable

- Must have Bachelor's degree

- Minimum English Level B1 (UK)

- All required training will be provided

- Valid driving licence

Responsibilities of the Job:

- Recruiting, Training, Supervising and appraising staff

- Balancing daily income and banking

- Managing budget

- Maintaining statistical and financial records

- Overseeing pricing and stock control

- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and other regulations

- Maintaining the Security of the store

- Handle customer complaints

- Liaising with cluster sites where necessary

- Be available 24 hours for emergencies

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
