Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards within our new Bishopbriggs store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality leadership, preferably with a passion for coffee! This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate staff while ensuring operational excellence.

Duties

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Manage inventory levels and coordinate food production to meet customer demand efficiently. Lead, train, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and drive performance improvements.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
