Store Manager
Job Description
Main Reponsibilities
Recruitment/induction and training develoment of employees in line with the subway brand's training requirements .
Creating/managing staff schedule
Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to health and safety and audit standards
Comply with food code practice
Till operation
Monitor stock levels
Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Implement in store marketing material and POP in line with campaigns
Perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock take and reports. analyse weekly sales and inventory report to improve the business
Manage cash balances and minimise wastage
Promote and encourage a high level of customer service amongst employees . deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products , sales , inquiries and catering for customer needs .
Ensure team is offering excellent customer service
Drive your team to meet standards , goals and performance

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
