About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead a dynamic store team and drive commercial success. You'll bring your authentic self to work, foster a positive environment, and encourage others to reach their full potential.
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store - from creating an exceptional customer experience and developing your team to managing performance and engaging with the local community. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, ensuring every aspect of the store runs smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop your team to deliver a welcoming, valuable, and inspiring in-store experience.
Champion multichannel shopping experiences including click-and-collect services.
Drive customer engagement through sign-ups, e-receipts, and brand touch points.
Evaluate floor layouts and product placement, making commercially-driven adjustments.
Ensure the team has strong product knowledge to assist customers with styling and purchase decisions.
Uphold brand visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop is always immaculate.
Identify and act on commercial opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
Manage shop performance in line with budgets and KPIs.
Coordinate promotions, trading events, and local market initiatives.
Develop your team using structured tools and ongoing feedback.
Create a motivating and collaborative atmosphere focused on achieving results.
Lead daily briefs, set clear objectives, and ensure effective staff planning.
Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
Recognise and reward great performance, while supporting continuous development.
Lead efficient delivery and replenishment processes.
Oversee accurate stock control and reconciliation, including stocktakes.
Manage key operational processes such as click-and-collect and store-to-home dispatch.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and act as a main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Previous Experience
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the fashion sector.
Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset.
A passion for leading, inspiring, and developing teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and hands-on approach to retail leadership.
