As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of dedicated sales associates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role involves managing inventory, ordering, optimizing sales strategies, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and motivate the sales and repairs team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Train and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Approve payments for received supplies, and set pricing, discount rates, and credit terms.

Manage financial records, oversee the protocols, and ensure proper maintenance of the premises.

Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.

Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to sales and services.

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

What type of experience might you have?

Experience repairing smartphones and tablets either through work directly or for friends and family, specifically it would be helpful to have experience already in repairing iPhones, Samsung and Google phones, iPads, and MacBooks). (None essential)

A passion and curiosity about technology and problem solving

An engaging communication style, energetic and proactive with an excellent customer focus

Positive, can-do attitude and friendly persona

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working under your own initiative

Preferred 2 years of proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
